Michelle is a co-founder of Charta Partners and leads our Alternative Asset Management Practice. She began her career at Credit Suisse First Boston where she worked in recruiting in New York, London and Hong Kong and ultimately ran Fim-wide Recruiting and co-headed the Global Recruiting Steering Committee. During her time there, she spearheaded many of the key partnerships with diversity organisations, something she still feels very passionately about.

She joined Heidrick & Struggles’ Alternative practice in 2005 in New York where she completed senior level Portfolio Manager, Analyst and Investor Relations searches. As a Partner in the firm, she moved to London in 2007 and helped US clients expand their businesses in Europe. In 2008, one of her clients, Kazimir Partners, asked her to join as their Chief of Staff, where she was responsible for all elements of Human Capital as well as their Business Development and Investor Relations functions. While she enjoyed the role, she knew Executive Search was where her heart was, so she joined Stonehaven in 2010 to lead the Asset Management Practice.

Throughout her career, Michelle has worked with all types of funds, from start-ups to the largest, established Asset Management firms and across most investment strategies. Most recently her focus has been in Private Markets, where she has placed senior investment professionals in areas including Private Equity, Real Estate, Private Credit and Growth Equity. She continues to do an extensive amount of work in Business Development and Investor Relations as well as CEO, CIO and COO hires. Michelle graduated with a BA from Boston College.

Bogdan is a co-founder of Charta Partners and focuses on Investment Banking executive search and human capital advisory. His ambition is to develop the firm’s unique proposition as a centre of excellence in this field and enhance the quality and level of engagement with our clients.

He previously worked for over four years with Sabrina in the Investment Banking practice at Stonehaven International. During his time there, he worked on numerous assignments across Investment Banking including senior Country, Sector, M&A and Capital Markets roles. Earlier in his career, he was a researcher in a boutique executive search firm in London, primarily focused on Financial Services in both developed and emerging markets. Bogdan earned an MPhil/PhD research degree from Goldsmiths, University of London and has a degree in International Relations from Babes Bolyai University, Romania.

Sabrina is a co-founder of Charta Partners and focuses on Investment Banking. She has specialised in Investment Banking all her career, working with a range of clients from large international investment banks to small sector-focused boutiques, as well as global independent advisory firms and mid-market investment banks.

Sabrina started her career at Heidrick & Struggles working across a number of geographies on assignments in Investment Banking and Private Equity. She then joined Stonehaven at inception and helped established a market leading Investment Banking practice. Sabrina was hired by Sainty, Hird & Partners in 2011 and continued to build her expertise in the field of Investment Banking, particularly working with firms looking to establish and grow businesses in Europe. Sabrina returned to Stonehaven in 2014 and continued to help develop the Investment Banking business, reuniting with former colleague Michelle and working closely with Bogdan. Sabrina has a degree in History from Cambridge University.
